 | Janine’s experience includes 27 years in private and corporate environments as well as starting businesses with her partner. A seasoned professional manager and entrepreneur, Janine began her career at IE Systems, Inc. a high tech company, where she attained the position of Sales Manager. From there she transitioned to Micro-Integration Corp., a high-technology public company, where she was VP Sales and Customer Service. After a break to start a family, Ms. Parsons owned and operated an Italian Restaurant. Since 2002 she has been helping owners of small and medium-sized businesses get maximum value from their businesses. During her career Janine gained extensive experience and knowledge of sales, customer service and marketing, management, business plans and strategy, purchase and sale of small and medium-sized businesses, and increasing owner's value as part of their exit strategy. She holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire, an AA from Macintosh College, and a Diplôme de Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu. She holds a certification as a business intermediary and is licensed for real estate sales in New Hampshire. She is a member of the New England Business Broker's Association (NEBBA). She is a licensed Professional Business Coach (LPBC) and is a member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). |
